Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if the client cancels. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the session and are subject to availability. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the booking. Clients are responsible for any agreed travel expenses. Standard turnaround time is 3–4 working days, with a £30 fast-track option available. By booking, the client agrees to these terms.
