Service Description
Photo Selection & Delivery Process Once your session is complete, I will send you a WeTransfer link containing all of the unedited images from your shoot. Step 1: Download the WeTransfer app if you do not already have it installed. Step 2: Open the WeTransfer link provided. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select “Open in External Browser” to access the files through the WeTransfer app. Step 3: Review the images and select the photos you would like professionally edited. Your package includes up to 20 edited images. Step 4: Create a new WeTransfer link containing your selected images and send the link back to me. Step 5: I will download your selections, complete the editing process, and deliver the final edited images via a separate WeTransfer link. Please ensure your selected images are sent promptly to avoid delays in turnaround time.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if the client cancels. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the session and are subject to availability. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the booking. Clients are responsible for any agreed travel expenses. Standard turnaround time is 3–4 working days, with a £30 fast-track option available. By booking, the client agrees to these terms.
